Terms of Service

Effective from September 2, 2026

1. Operator

The Stronelo service (the "Service") is operated by UnknownHorizons s.r.o., company ID 23276070, VAT ID CZ23276070, registered office Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Prague 2 – Vinohrady, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (the "Operator"). 2. What the Service does

The Service trains an artificial-intelligence model on the photos you upload and generates a set of portrait photos ("headshots") in different styles. One photoshoot = one set of 32 photos in 8 styles. This is a delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Results are usually ready within 15–60 minutes. Generated photos are available for download for 24 hours from creation; after that they are deleted automatically and irreversibly (see the Privacy Policy). It is your responsibility to download them in time.

3. Account

• The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over.
• You create an account with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.
• The Operator may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

4. Orders and price

• Prices are shown on the website and include VAT. Currently CZK 299 per photoshoot.
• Payment is by card through the Stripe payment gateway. The Operator has no access to your card details.
• The contract is concluded when the payment is made. You receive a payment confirmation by email.
• A purchased photoshoot does not expire and can be used at any time.
• By paying you expressly consent to the delivery of digital content beginning before the statutory withdrawal period ends. Regardless of that, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 8).

5. Acceptable use

By uploading photos you represent and warrant that:

• the photos show you, or you have the explicit consent of the person shown to use their photos with this Service,
• no minor is shown in the photos,
• you hold the necessary rights to the photos and uploading them does not infringe third-party rights.

You must not use the Service to:

• create likenesses of other people without their consent, impersonate anyone or deceive others,
• create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, pornographic or otherwise harmful,
• do anything that violates the law or the terms of our providers (in particular fal.ai).

If these rules are violated, the Operator may terminate the account immediately without refund and may report the matter to law-enforcement authorities.

6. No guarantee of results

The photos are generated by artificial intelligence. The Operator does not guarantee the result. In particular, it does not guarantee that:

• the generated photos will faithfully resemble you,
• all photos will be usable — some of them usually contain errors (hands, hair, clothing, expression, background), and it is normal that only some of the 32 photos are great,
• the result will meet your expectations, be fit for a particular purpose or be comparable to the examples on the website,
• generation will succeed at all — it may fail for technical reasons or because of unsuitable input photos.

The quality of the result depends fundamentally on the quality and variety of the uploaded photos. The Service is provided "as is". If a photoshoot fails (no photo is produced), the photoshoot is automatically credited back to your account. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may use the 14-day money-back guarantee.

7. Rights to the photos

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant the Operator only the licence necessary to provide the Service (training the model and generating photos), which ends when the data is deleted.
• You may use the generated photos without restriction, including commercially (LinkedIn, websites, print). The Operator claims no rights to them.
• The Operator does not guarantee that generated photos will not resemble other existing works. You are responsible for how you use the photos.
• The Operator does not use your photos or model to train other models, for marketing, or for anything other than your photoshoot.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Within 14 days of payment you may request a full refund without giving a reason, even after the photos have been generated. Details in the Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, loss of data or any other harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or the generated photos.
• The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the photoshoot concerned.
• The Operator is not liable for outages caused by third parties (AI, hosting or payment providers) or for temporary unavailability.
• This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be contractually excluded for consumers.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to [email protected]; we handle them within 30 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Personal data

How we process personal data, including photos, is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Final provisions

• These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
• The Operator may change these Terms; the new version takes effect upon publication on the website. Photoshoots already paid for are governed by the Terms in force at the time of payment.
• Effective from September 2, 2026.
